Live-Out Condominium Superintendent Mississauga

Maintain an upscale condominium in Mississauga as a Live-Out Superintendent, using building systems knowledge and strong resident service skills. Work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
This superintendent role oversees daily building conditions, resident requests, contractors, emergencies, and maintenance follow-up. You will monitor mechanical spaces and equipment, maintain records, support prevention maintenance, and report deficiencies to the Property Manager. Knowledge of BAS, boilers, chillers, HVAC, and emergency procedures is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, safe, and healthy condominium environments
Report deficiencies, vandalism, maintenance needs, and supply inventory
Respond to emergencies and interact with residents and contractors
Inspect mechanical rooms, handle garbage, and perform touch-ups
Maintain logs, follow procedures, and enforce condominium regulations
Requirements:
Condominium experience preferred with BAS knowledge
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pool, and building equipment
Strong resident customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient English speaking, writing, email, and phone skills
Familiarity with fire and water leak emergency procedures
