Part-Time Retail Merchandise Manager

Lead merchandise execution at Michaels in Winnipeg, using inventory management and visual merchandising skills in a part-time store leadership role.
The Part-Time Merchandise Manager supports the Store Manager while driving operational standards at the Winnipeg-Garden City store. You will coordinate truck processing, SISO routines, planogram sets, pricing, promotions, and inventory control. The position also provides Manager-on-Duty coverage and develops team members through onboarding and skill-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
Execute SISO routines and maintain replenishment accuracy
Complete planogram sets and visual merchandising standards
Manage price changes, ad sets, and promotional signage
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership
Requirements:
Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders or step stools
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
Bring retail leadership, inventory control, and merchandising expertise to Michaels’ customer-ready store environment in Winnipeg.
