Inventory and Loss Prevention Manager
MEC
Own inventory flow and loss prevention at MEC while leading operations support across stockrooms, shipments, systems, and store workflows.
The Department Manager, Operations Support, is accountable for accurate, consistent operational standards and business results. You lead inventory controls, OMS processes, back-of-house execution, health and safety, and incident response. In partnership with store leadership, you identify risks, drive corrective actions, and build operational capability through coaching and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage shipment, stockroom, inventory, and OMS operations
Ensure SLAs and workflows meet MEC operational standards
Respond to incidents, identify trends, and drive corrective actions
Lead audits, cycle counts, and inventory integrity practices
Serve as escalation point for systems and facilities issues
Requirements:
One to three years of leadership experience in retail or service
Experience interpreting KPIs and driving consistent operational execution
Knowledge of inventory controls and loss prevention practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store environments
Use inventory management, loss prevention, and sound operational judgment to keep MEC stores accurate, compliant, and effective.
