Generations Toronto is recruiting a part-time Personal Support Worker for its 122-bed Ismaili Ethnocultural Designated Long-Term Care Home. AgeCare manages the home on Generations Toronto’s behalf. You will assist with resident needs, monitor care, document information, and help maintain safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide resident care according to established care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
Assist with documenting resident care information
Attend education sessions, meetings, and workshops
Follow infection prevention and control policies
Requirements:

Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Know simple treatments and related bedside care procedures
Understand sanitation, clean techniques, and geriatric resident needs
Support Toronto residents through care-plan delivery, bedside care, documentation, and infection prevention as a Personal Support Worker.
