Accounts Payable Supervisor ERP

Lead accurate, high-volume accounts payable processing remotely with ERP expertise, expense coding, and travel and entertainment review responsibilities.
Opensity Solutions seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will review invoices, approve employee expenses, reconcile accounts, and maintain controlled payables processes. Sage Intacct or comparable cloud accounting experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process high-volume invoices before payment runs
Verify general ledger and expense coding accuracy
Approve compliant travel and entertainment expense reports
Reconcile vendor statements and AP sub-ledgers
Support month-end close, audits, and reporting deliverables
Requirements:
Minimum four years of accounts payable experience
Experience with invoice entry, review, and expense coding
Hands-on ERP system experience, preferably Sage Intacct
Understanding of AP controls and approval workflows
Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Use ERP knowledge, financial accuracy, and reconciliation skills to strengthen Opensity Solutions' accounts payable function.
