Farm Operations Supervisor

Lead farm operations onsite through worker supervision, safety compliance, and livestock and crop program oversight. English communication is required for this position.
This Farm Operations Supervisor position requires one to less than two years of experience. You will coordinate general farm workers and harvesting labourers while supporting production activities. The work includes maintaining records, following bio-security procedures, and overseeing livestock breeding and crop-growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Supervise daily work performed by farm labourers
Ensure farm safety procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Oversee livestock breeding and crop-growing operations
Requirements:
English language proficiency
Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
One to less than two years of experience
Ability to work at the physical location
Knowledge of farm safety and bio-security procedures
Apply your supervision, recordkeeping, and agricultural operations experience to coordinate onsite farm work across livestock and crops.
