Senior Embedded Hardware Verification Engineer
Delta Controls
Embedded hardware verification leads product testing in Surrey, using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other electronic test equipment in-office daily.
As a Senior Hardware Verification Engineer at Delta Intelligent Building Technologies, you evaluate Delta products before release. You develop verification plans, perform hands-on embedded testing, and support defect investigations. The work ensures products meet design specifications, Delta IBT quality standards, and intended applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test cases, procedures, and plans from product requirements
Perform hands-on verification testing for embedded devices
Create databases, scripts, macros, and automated testing systems
Design test jigs and configure simulation equipment
Report bugs and document test results
Requirements:
Degree in electronics or equivalent qualification
Four years of related hands-on experience preferred
Proficiency testing embedded electronics with varied test equipment
Knowledge of EMC testing for electronic devices
Strong electronics theory, troubleshooting, and communication skills
