This on-call specialist serves as the front desk contact for the Stout Street Clinic eye clinic. Responsibilities include client registration, insurance resources, appointment coordination, transportation, and follow-up documentation. The position also supports ophthalmic services and optical duties while working with volunteer physicians, specialists, and clinic staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate care with eye clinic providers and specialists
Document patient follow-up and treatment compliance
Connect clients with insurance enrollment resources
Assist with basic ophthalmic screenings and testing
Enter optical orders and complete eyeglass repairs
Requirements:
