Part Time RBC Client Advisor

Support Stephenville clients as an RBC Client Advisor using digital literacy and exceptional communication skills in a part time branch position.
As an RBC Ambassador, you will put clients first while completing transactions and identifying advice, solutions, and partner introductions. This regular, 32-hour position supports new client acquisition and deeper existing relationships. You will help clients embrace RBC digital capabilities while building toward future Account Manager or Banking Advisor opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage branch clients and deliver outstanding service experiences
Complete transactions and identify advice and solution opportunities
Demonstrate technology and support digital enablement
Resolve and prevent client banking problems proactively
Manage risks through compliance routines and controls
Requirements:
Goal-oriented approach centered on putting clients first
Self-motivation, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
Digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops
Flexibility to work varied hours
Willingness to learn financial concepts and pursue required accreditation
