Advantage Assist delivers care across Alberta’s senior living communities and seeks a Health Care Aide for Garneau Hall. This casual position centers on dignity, compassionate service, resident relationships, and family communication. Candidates need Health Care Aide training, unrestricted CLHA registration, and current CPR/BCLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
Deliver respectful, personalized care to residents
Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Respond to call bells and assist coworkers
Promote resident safety, well-being, and confidentiality
Requirements:
Recognized Health Care Aide certificate
Active, unrestricted registration with CLHA
Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
Commitment to person-centered care and compassionate service
