Lead restaurant operations through scheduling, staff training, inventory control, and customer service in a permanent shift-based position. This role requires practical operational leadership.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. Your responsibilities include monitoring revenues for labour costs, setting schedules, training employees, and maintaining inventory. You will also support service standards, supplier arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize daily restaurant operations
Monitor revenues to determine labour costs
Set staff schedules and train employees
Maintain inventory and negotiate supplier arrangements
Address complaints and provide customer service
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
Two years to less than three years of experience
Ability to ensure health and safety regulations
English work language
Availability for shift work
