Norton Brand Ambassador Sales Specialist

Drive Norton sales as a part time Brand Ambassador, using customer engagement and store partnerships during the Holiday season. Training is provided by Premium.
Premium seeks a dedicated Norton Brand Ambassador for a contract running November 20th through December 27th. Working Friday to Sunday, you will represent one of the largest computer software brands while supporting store sales. The position focuses on customer conversations, sales opportunities, merchandising standards, and retail associate training. You must be bilingual, approachable, resilient, resourceful, and committed to service excellence. Training takes place November 17.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers and help spark Norton sales
Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management
Build relationships with store associates and management
Maintain merchandising standards for products and displays
Train retail associates on products, promotions, and messaging
Requirements:
Must be bilingual
Approachable personality for initiating customer conversations
Resilience and resourcefulness in sales environments
Commitment to consistent service excellence
Availability Fridays through Sundays during the contract
Represent Norton through customer engagement, sales communication, merchandising, and associate training with Premium Retail Services.
