Lead retail operations through opening, closing, staff supervision, and cash management while delivering consistently high customer service standards.
The Retail Experience Lead oversees assigned shifts and daily store operations. This position guides employees, supports cashiers, maintains product presentation, and reinforces company policies. Success requires retail sales knowledge, communication skills, troubleshooting ability, and experience with cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the retail store
Activate and deactivate security alarms
Supervise staff during assigned shifts
Assist cashiers and manage cash procedures
Maintain organized front of house presentation
Requirements:
Two years of retail industry experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong retail sales principles knowledge
Experience across customer service functions
Provincial Cannabis Certification
