Automotive Delivery Coordinator

Coordinate vehicle deliveries for Birchwood, using exceptional communication and organization to create satisfied customers. This customer-focused role works directly with the sales team.
The Delivery Coordinator supports customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and completes the final customer experience. You will schedule and organize deliveries while coordinating with customers and dealership team members. During delivery, you will explain vehicle features and functions, helping customers leave fully satisfied with their new purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and organize vehicle deliveries with customers
Coordinate closely with the sales team
Explain vehicle features and functions during delivery
Support exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each transaction
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills in person, by phone, email, and writing
Strong organizational skills and customer-focused approach
Automotive industry experience considered an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other applications
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own transportation required
Bring customer service, delivery coordination, and vehicle knowledge to Birchwood’s automotive customer experience team.
