Automotive Service Advisor Subaru

Use automotive knowledge and strong communication skills as a Service Advisor with Steele Subaru, working on-site full-time with customers.
As the primary customer contact for vehicle maintenance and repairs, you will support service decisions and customer satisfaction. The position requires customer service experience, organization, interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license. Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Review warranty and service coverage with customers
Prepare accurate parts, materials, and labour estimates
Create repair orders detailing concerns and recommended services
Communicate timelines, approvals, estimates, and vehicle status
Maintain accurate records and document recommended repairs
Requirements:
Three or more years of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills
Ability to organize priorities and learn quickly
Ability to work effectively within a team
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract
