Building Operator II Facility Maintenance

Support facility maintenance with Equans as a Building Operator II, using CMMS experience and safe work practices in building operations. Respond to calls and maintain equipment across assigned facility areas.
Reporting to the Lead Building Operator, this role supports Facility Management through general maintenance, inspections, and cleaning. Duties include preventative and reactive maintenance, building rounds, equipment readings, records, and emergency response. The position also requires knowledge of WHMIS, occupational hazards, applicable regulations, and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance calls and assist the Lead Building Operator
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
Use CMMS to manage work orders
Complete records, logs, and reports for assignments
Conduct building rounds and take major equipment readings
Requirements:
One to two years in facility maintenance or operations
Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Knowledge of WHMIS, hazards, regulations, codes, and legislation
Proficiency using Microsoft Office
Authorization to work in Canada and pass required screening
