Key Responsibilities:
Maintain clean and safe environments for patients, visitors, and staff
Follow infection prevention and control best practices
Complete required competency training, including CPI and WHMIS
Perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping
Work varied shifts according to departmental requirements
Requirements:
Grade 12 education or equivalent qualification
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and the public
Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
Meet the job's physical requirements and demands
Previous healthcare housekeeping or groundskeeping experience preferred
Bring communication, organization, and physical capability to Environmental Services supporting safe patient care at Ross Memorial Hospital.
