Registered Nurse Nephrology Program
Winnipeg Regional Health Authority
Practice nephrology nursing in person at Bethesda Regional Health Centre with Southern Health-Santé Sud as a temporary Registered Nurse. Current Manitoba registration and Basic Life Support certification are required.
This 0.7 FTE position supports care within a people-centered regional health organization. Candidates need Manitoba Nephrology Nursing program completion, professional practice knowledge, and effective communication skills. The position may include travel to other regional facilities, occasional evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care within the nephrology practice area
Support quality services and ongoing program improvement
Foster collaborative interdisciplinary working relationships
Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively
Lead and make decisions autonomously
Requirements:
Complete the Manitoba Nephrology Nursing program
Maintain active Manitoba nursing registration
Hold current Basic Life Support certification
Maintain a valid Class 5 driver's license
Provide insured vehicle and required liability insurance
Bring nephrology nursing preparation, clinical judgment, and collaborative communication to Bethesda Regional Health Centre in this temporary assignment.
