This sales support position centers on detailed order processing for AL13’s patented and proprietary cladding and facade systems. You will maintain sales order records, proof documents, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with order entry and sales teams. Customer service, product knowledge, and manufacturing understanding support effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter orders according to published lead times
Proof order documents and resolve discrepancies
Maintain master copies of sales orders
Follow up on incomplete or inaccurate customer orders
Develop product and manufacturing process knowledge
Requirements:

Minimum one year in dynamic customer service
Strong English verbal and written communication
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong numeracy, organization, and attention to detail
