Luxury Residential Maintenance Technician

Maintain a premier luxury residential property in downtown Toronto using technical troubleshooting, repairs, and resident-focused service skills. This is full-time, permanent employment.
The Maintenance Technician supports day-to-day building operations while reporting directly to the Property Manager. The work covers upscale rental residences, boutique offices, premium retail spaces, amenities, common areas, and infrastructure. Regular Monday-to-Friday hours apply, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting throughout the property
Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues
Complete preventative inspections and scheduled maintenance activities
Assist with suite turnovers and occupancy readiness
Coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers
Requirements:
Experience in multifamily residential maintenance or building operations
Luxury residential property experience is strongly preferred
Technical and mechanical aptitude for varied repairs
Knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
Clean criminal record and rotating on-call flexibility required
