Supply Chain Transportation Coordinator

Coordinate multimodal transportation using scheduling, shipment tracking, and Excel-based reporting in a 100% on-site supply chain position.
The Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator manages inbound and outbound freight across company facilities. This position coordinates truckload, rail, intermodal, ocean container, and bulk tanker movements. You will work with Procurement, Operations, Production, Sales, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to support reliable delivery, accurate documentation, and transportation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound bulk commodity shipments
Schedule and track multiple transportation modes
Resolve delays, shortages, damages, and documentation issues
Maintain freight records and shipment tracking data
Support transportation reporting and process improvements
Requirements:
Three to five years of logistics experience
Strong transportation planning and scheduling abilities
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
Ability to coordinate multiple time-sensitive shipments
Logistics, transportation, or supply chain education preferred
