Senior Full-Cycle Bookkeeper
Hush Hush Bookkeeping
Master full-cycle bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online for Hush Hush Bookkeeping’s Canadian client portfolio in a flexible remote environment.
As an experienced Senior Bookkeeper, you will manage multiple client files from beginning to end. Your work includes reconciliations, reporting, payroll, and connected platforms. You will maintain accurate records, resolve issues, and keep monthly work on schedule for client review.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple client industries
Maintain payables, receivables, expenses, deposits, and supporting records
Reconcile bank, credit card, and clearing accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports and client-ready summaries
Process payroll and support related filings
Requirements:
Located in Canada with three years public-practice experience
Strong hands-on QuickBooks Online experience
At least one year using Dext
Experience with multi-currency bookkeeping and financial reporting
Excellent organization, communication, and time management
