Compensation Analyst HRIS Optimization

Optimize compensation systems at The ALDO Group using HR analytics, advanced Excel, and precise data management across global markets.
This Compensation Analyst role supports development, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs. You will help improve HR systems, maintain accurate compensation data, and support salary structures, performance management, annual reviews, and bonus calculations. The position also contributes to market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain HR system data through audits and corrective actions
Assist with system testing and new functionality implementation
Automate salary, bonus, and annual review processes
Participate in compensation surveys and market studies
Monitor legislation affecting compensation policies and procedures
Requirements:
One to two years in compensation, HR analytics, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline
Data analysis and reporting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
