Cintas seeks a Compliance Specialist to oversee location or regional compliance related to Safety and Fleet. The position audits data, systems, and processes against policies and laws. You will teach partners about standard operating procedures, policies, and compliance items. The role also tracks regulatory changes, communicates updates to supported locations, and performs due diligence for Third-Party Risk Management providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make immediate corrections for OSHA, DOT, and local ordinances
Negotiate preventative maintenance, repair, and towing pricing
Establish annual fleet spending and manage monthly budgets
Prepare compliance documents and summarize data for management
Investigate workers compensation and auto accidents
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum one to two years of business experience
Knowledge of safety and fleet compliance processes
Ability to teach partners current and revised procedures
Ability to maintain organized compliance documentation
Support Cintas compliance through safety auditing, fleet oversight, regulatory monitoring, and clear partner education in Boucherville.
