Nonprofit Fundraising Strategy Manager

Fundraising strategy and donor data guide this full-time remote role with BuildGood, serving nonprofit clients anywhere in Canada. You will shape campaigns and growth plans.
As a Fundraising Strategist, you will manage a portfolio of nonprofit accounts through yearly fundraising cycles. You will combine direct-response fundraising, integrated campaigns, client communication, and data-informed strategy. The work coordinates creative, data, production, and digital teams while supporting account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create yearly growth plans for nonprofit clients
Lead bi-weekly strategy meetings and send weekly updates
Develop strategic briefs and manage client approvals
Coordinate creative, data, production, and digital workflows
Identify tests, upsells, renewals, and account growth opportunities
Requirements:
Five-plus years in nonprofit fundraising or similar experience
Experience managing multiple accounts or complex fundraising programs
Understanding of direct-response fundraising and integrated campaigns
Comfort interpreting campaign data and translating insights into strategy
Proficiency with Google Suite and Teamwork
