As Wireless Manager, you will inspire a sales team, manage kiosk operations, and help deliver strong sales and service. Your work includes budgets, forecasting, merchandising, retail metrics, recruitment, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and coach wireless sales experts
Manage kiosk operations efficiently and expertly
Forecast sales and manage retail budgets
Oversee merchandising and retail metrics
Support great customer experiences and service
Requirements:

Three to five years managing retail teams
Proven ability to drive sales and service
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good customer service instincts and problem-solving ability
Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Use wireless sales leadership, operational expertise, and coaching skills to support OSL’s Walmart Canada kiosk business.
