AAA Canada seeks experienced Aircraft Structures Assemblers with at least five years of aircraft structural assembly experience. You will assemble, repair, and install aluminum and composite aircraft structures while following technical manuals, work instructions, and approved procedures. Precision, traceability, and aerospace quality requirements guide the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble aircraft structures from engineering drawings
Perform drilling, riveting, countersinking, and fastening
Apply sealants, bonding agents, and corrosion protection
Repair, rework, and reassemble structural components
Document completed work and report discrepancies
Requirements:
Minimum five years in aircraft structural assembly
Training in aircraft assembly or related technical fields
Experience with aluminum and composite structures
Ability to interpret drawings and dimensional tolerances
English proficiency in spoken and written communication
