Commercial Lines Claims Adjuster

Commercial Lines Claims Adjusters evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims while applying insurance expertise, policy analysis, and provincial licensing requirements.
Crawford & Company is recruiting Adjusters for its WorkForce Advantage team across Canada. You will remain a Crawford employee while working remotely for another insurance company. The talent roster matches assignments using availability, experience, and fit, with contracts typically lasting three to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephone investigations into claims information
Evaluate, negotiate, and settle commercial lines claims
Examine policies and maintain claims costs
Present accurate, well-documented claim files
Maintain billing, time, and expense records
Requirements:
Four years of technical insurance claims experience
Commercial lines knowledge considered an asset
Post-secondary insurance-related education
Must obtain an Ontario Adjusters Licence
Advanced Office 365 and communication skills
Use commercial lines knowledge, telephone investigations, and settlement skills to support Crawford clients through WorkForce Advantage assignments.
