Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining rooms, gaming floor, and outlets, ensuring Hard Rock's high standards of service and hospitality.
You will lead the F&B team, implement training and performance programs, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with department heads to deliver an authentic guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment. Strong English communication and Smart Serve certification are required.
