Key Responsibilities:
Identify public tenders and maintain the bid calendar
Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and submission requirements
Prepare bid packages, scope summaries, and clarification requests
Request quotations and compare exclusions, overlaps, and missing scope
Support handovers, change quotations, and contract records
Requirements:
Three to five years of relevant construction experience
Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
Understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor responsibilities
Experience obtaining and comparing trade quotations
Strong Excel, document management, and written communication skills
