Clinical Resource Team Registered Nurse

This Registered Nurse role supports multiple inpatient programs and diverse patient populations. You will provide safe, high-quality care within the College of Nurses of Ontario scope. The position emphasizes collaboration, patient flow, competency development, and organizational responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient- and family-centered care within RN scope
Assess and document patient health status continuously
Coordinate care and evaluate plans of care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned
Requirements:
Registered Nurse practice consistent with CNO standards
Ability to care for complex health issues collaboratively
Competence across varied inpatient clinical environments
Commitment to hospital policies, legislation, and emergency codes
Ability to provide peer consultation and clinical support
Bring clinical judgment, adaptability, and collaborative patient care to Southlake Health’s Clinical Resource Team in Newmarket.
