Field Service Appliance Technician Halifax
LG Electronics
Support LG customers in Halifax and Dartmouth as a full-time field service technician, combining appliance repair with professional in-home service.
Working remotely from the Halifax/Dartmouth area, this Technician travels offsite to customer residences and services LG products. The work includes technical diagnosis, repairs, spare parts decisions, paperwork, data entry, and service-call prescreening. Technicians represent LG while meeting customer satisfaction, first-time-fix, revisits, parts-management, and on-time metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Service LG appliances at customers’ residences
Conduct technical diagnosis using tools and test equipment
Repair products and replace parts when required
Document findings and complete job data entry
Meet company service and customer metrics
Requirements:
At least two years repairing laundry, cooking, or cleaning appliances
Ability to troubleshoot and document product issues
Physical ability to bend continuously and lift 50 pounds
Full valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Use your field repair experience and customer-focused professionalism to represent LG while servicing appliances throughout Halifax and Dartmouth.
