Route Service Sales Representative

Drive customer growth in Sudbury as a Cintas Route Service Representative managing established routes and delivering facility service products. Build rapport while working indoors and outdoors daily.
This full-time Rental Division position serves existing customer accounts through route service and sales. You will deliver and collect uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The work includes customer concerns, inventory, and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products
Build rapport with customer decision makers
Resolve concerns and maintain quality standards
Upsell products and negotiate service renewals
Requirements:
Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
Ability to meet regulated vehicle driving requirements
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Ability to meet physical requirements
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork
Bring customer service, route driving, and account growth skills to Cintas while supporting Sudbury customers throughout established routes.
