Lindt Elevated Keyholder Retail Lead

Lead Lindt store operations as an Elevated Keyholder, using customer service and sales leadership to support daily retail performance.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will provide leadership when management is absent and help deliver memorable chocolate experiences. The role combines team coaching, customer assistance, inventory support, cash handling, and operational coordination. You will help drive sales and maintain Lindt standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as manager on duty during openings, closings, and management absences
Coach team members toward daily sales and customer experience targets
Welcome customers and explain Lindt product features
Manage schedules, product orders, inventory, and visual standards
Prepare sales reports, bank deposits, and cash handling activities
Requirements:
Retail sales or customer-facing experience with leadership preferred
Experience using POS systems and handling cash
Knowledge of inventory control and store operations
Confident communication and ability to multitask
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Bring retail leadership, sales focus, and chocolate passion to Lindt as an Elevated Keyholder supporting store success.
