Retail Store Supervisor Bulk Barn

Lead daily retail operations at Bulk Barn through cash handling, staff supervision, and store opening and closing responsibilities. This is a permanent, full-time position.
The Store Supervisor supports all aspects of business operations while maintaining service excellence and workplace safety. Responsibilities include POS administration, cash balancing, inventory replenishment, order receiving, team coordination, and daily reporting. The schedule requires flexible availability from Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, days, and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the store, including alarm procedures
Balance tills, operate POS, and manage transactions
Restock displays and receive Warehouse and DSD orders
Coach staff, delegate tasks, and assign break times
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards
Requirements:

High school education or equivalent
One to three years of retail experience
One year supervising a team
Intermediate communication skills
Flexible availability for approximately 30 to 35 hours weekly
Bring retail supervision, cash management, team leadership, and customer service skills to Bulk Barn store operations.
