Provide personal care at Rosetown Health Centre using communication skills and supporting residents’ daily living needs. This is part-time temporary work in Rosetown.
As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will work in the Long Term Care Nursing Unit. The position supports clients, patients, and residents with physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Work includes days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care for clients, patients, and residents
Support activities of daily living
Encourage each resident’s optimum level of functioning
Support physical and emotional needs
Support psychological and spiritual needs
Requirements:
Continuing Care Assistant certificate
Communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Use communication, organization, and personal care skills as a Continuing Care Assistant serving residents at Rosetown Health Centre.
