Accounting Analyst Payroll and Close

Own payroll and month end close at LoopX in Sudbury, using QuickBooks Online, reconciliations, and Canadian accounting expertise. This full time role supports a growing finance function.
As an Accounting Analyst, you will manage daily bookkeeping across payroll, payables, receivables, and reporting. You will support the finance lead and work with operations on purchasing and inventory. The role suits someone who builds efficient processes while running them.
Key Responsibilities:
Run payroll, source deductions, ROEs, and year end T4s
Complete reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month end tasks
Process invoices, expenses, credit cards, payments, and collections
Prepare GST/HST, WSIB, and EHT filings
Document processes, controls, and cash forecasting data
Requirements:
Three to five years of full cycle accounting experience
Hands on Canadian payroll experience with ROEs and T4s
Solid Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
Experience with month end close and reconciliations
Accounting, finance, or business diploma or degree
