Previous experience in project coordination, project support, data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or a related technical environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently assess situations and work through challenges logically.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, data center infrastructure, or IT hardware.
Familiarity with networking terminology, including switches, routers, fibre cabling, connectivity, and physical infrastructure.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience coordinating vendors, resources, timelines, and project deliverables.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and project requirements can change frequently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and jump in where needed.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Previous experience supporting data center builds, expansions, or infrastructure deployments.
Exposure to GPU clusters, server infrastructure, or colocation environments.
Experience with physical rack installations, equipment deployment, power connections, and structured cabling.
Basic networking or IT infrastructure experience.
Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, or other lightweight tools to track project activities and milestones.
Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
