Senior Living Paid Media Manager

Lead paid media strategy remotely for Blacksmith Agency, using Google Ads and Meta to grow senior living and home care accounts.
As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living, you own targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client narratives. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. The role focuses exclusively on paid media, while SEO has a separate strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
Allocate budgets, bids, targeting, and creative tests
Build trustworthy conversion tracking and attribution
Develop 90 day and quarterly client roadmaps
Drive retention, upsell, and long term relationships
Requirements:
Three plus years hands on with Google Ads and Meta
Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
Use paid media expertise, measurement skills, and strategic judgment to guide senior living clients at Blacksmith Agency.
