Trade Marketing Manager Western Brands
Sleeman Breweries Limited
Drive Western brands through trade marketing planning, budget management, and sales partnership in Delta, British Columbia, with hybrid office work.
As Trade Marketing Manager, West, you will develop below-the-line plans across Sleeman Breweries brands. This manager-level position supports execution, brand performance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Sales and National Brand Managers while leading Brand Activity Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage below-the-line plans for market brands
Oversee promotions, events, sponsorships, and point-of-sale programs
Evaluate activities, budgets, trends, and brand performance
Partner with Sales and National Brand Managers
Lead Brand Activity Managers and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
Marketing or related business post-secondary education
Five years’ related CPG experience, including two management years
Experience developing and implementing tactical plans
Strong analytical, budget-management, and people-management skills
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
