Lead RBC’s Kitchener branch through client advice, team coaching, and digital enablement in a full-time local market leadership role.
As Branch Manager, you motivate employees, build community relationships, and create memorable client experiences. You guide retail banking performance through client acquisition, collaboration, multichannel usage, and staff development. Your leadership supports sales, revenue, market share, employee capability, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspire retail excellence and memorable client experiences
Deliver results through teams and local partners
Allocate resources to grow sales, revenue, and market share
Recruit, develop, and coach employees
Address operational, credit, and compliance review gaps
Requirements:
Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
Three years’ people management experience
Completed mutual fund branch management exam or exam eligibility
Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
