Support Enbridge Gas control operations by managing pressure, flow, and gas quality through real-time SCADA monitoring and control. This role operates within a 7 x 24 control centre.
The Gas Controller is responsible for safe, reliable natural gas storage, transmission, and distribution operations. You will manage capacities and contractual obligations, monitor supply and demand, and initiate emergency processes when conditions require. The role also includes project work scheduled within rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Control natural gas storage, transmission, and distribution systems
Manage capacity and contractual obligations through hydraulic evaluations
Recognize, report, and respond to emergency conditions
Adjust supply forecasts to meet market requirements
Support Control Centre projects during scheduled shifts
Requirements:

Technical education or equivalent operational experience
Control room, field operations, or industrial controls background
Natural gas industry experience meeting stated requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and team abilities
Aptitude for Enbridge Gas Controller qualification training
Apply natural gas control, hydraulic evaluation, and emergency decision-making skills within Enbridge Gas operations.
