This general HR Advisor supports Novo’s external clients through varied human resources mandates. The work draws on employee relations, harassment investigations, labour laws, Microsoft 365, and effective communication. You will also help develop service-supporting content and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general HR consulting services to external clients
Manage harassment investigations and employee relations files
Create content and tools supporting customers
Monitor HR market trends and legislative developments
Promote services through internal and external collaborations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources
Three to five years’ HR generalist experience
Member of the CRHA professional order
Experience investigating workplace harassment
Excellent French, labour law, and Microsoft 365 knowledge
Bring organized HR advice, investigation experience, and strong French communication skills to Novo’s external consulting services.
