TD Canada Trust seeks a customer-focused banking advisor trainee for Richmond, British Columbia, supporting financial needs and relationship development.
This Personal Banking Associate Trainee works within Personal and Commercial Banking at the branch frontline. You will provide information and advice, identify customer needs, and refer customers to appropriate team members or internal partners. Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills support daily service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain impactful customer relationships
Identify needs and guide customers toward appropriate solutions
Handle confidential matters using good judgment
Report non-standard issues to management
Complete business processes and procedures accurately
Requirements:
High School diploma or relevant experience
Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
Obtain IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Demonstrate administration, planning, and time management skills
Work independently through changing priorities
