Clinical Care Supervisor Peterborough

CBI Health seeks a Clinical Care Supervisor in Peterborough to coordinate assessments, care plans, documentation, and patient safety.
Within CBI Home Health, this full-time contract role leads direct care providers and ensures services meet CBI Home Health, We Care, and stakeholder standards. You will assess patient needs, manage clinical risks, and verify that care providers can safely fulfill assigned plans. Your leadership will also address training needs, complaints, reporting, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient risks using established tools and processes
Ensure care providers understand required skills and expertise
Maintain accurate client charting and required documentation
Identify risks involving missed visits and clinical care
Enforce policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements:
Current College of Nurses of Ontario RN or RPN registration
Two years supervisory or home health delivery experience
Strong rapport-building ability with clients and care staff
Valid Ontario driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
Problem-solving ability aligned with policies and best practices
Bring regulated nursing expertise and clinical leadership to patient assessments, risk management, and care planning with CBI Home Health.
