Brandt Tractor Ltd seeks a Parts Person for internal and external customers. You will locate required parts, provide pricing information, complete online orders, and support Service Department work orders. The position combines customer communication, quoting, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and organized parts storage.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs
Prepare quotes and process parts orders efficiently
Receive, unload, store, and ship parts
Document shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information
Support Service Department pricing and parts availability
Requirements:
Strong in-person and telephone customer service skills
Foundation of parts or warehousing knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
Parts industry experience or Journeyperson Parts Certification considered an asset
Bring customer service, parts knowledge, inventory accuracy, and order processing skills to Brandt’s Goose Bay operations.
