Richmond retail operations need an Assistant Manager skilled in omnichannel service, shipment processing, and accurate daily execution. Support an inspiring Urban Outfitters store environment.
Located at 6551 No 3 Rd, this Assistant Manager helps deliver business operations, visual standards, and personalized customer interactions. You will use MPOS, POS, In-Store Pickup, and Curbside Pickup tools while supporting opening and closing procedures. The position also protects inventory accuracy, safety standards, product loss reduction, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences through available service tools
Participate in daily opening and closing office procedures
Execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement
Ensure omnichannel orders are processed timely and accurately
Uphold safety, inventory, loss reduction, and company standards
Requirements:
Two or more years of store leadership experience
Strong merchant skills supporting financial results
Passion for the Urban Outfitters brand
Ability to work flexible store hours
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
