Handle peak volumes during evenings and weekends
Requirements:

One to two years of customer service experience required
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening communication
Professional, empathetic customer service approach
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Insurance or call centre experience is an asset
