Represent Louis Vuitton as a Seasonal Host at Holt Renfrew Vancouver, using client service and relationship-building skills throughout the holiday season.
This Host position welcomes worldly clientele and establishes their first impression of the Maison. You will determine client needs, provide direction to departments and Universes, and support a seamless luxury retail experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet every client with courtesy and integrity
Determine client needs and offer appropriate direction
Manage daily store calendars, appointments, and waitlists
Maintain calendars for client appointments and in-store events
Partner with Client Experience and store teams
Requirements:
Customer service experience or strong client connection skills
Willingness to learn luxury retail practices
Strategic sales attitude and personal advisor approach
Passion for connecting with worldly clientele
Desire to build genuine client relationships
