Farm Boy Assistant Department Manager

Lead Farm Boy department operations through customer service, team coaching, and accurate merchandising in a hands-on store environment. Support the Department Manager daily.
As Assistant Manager, you will help deliver Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience through collaborative leadership and team engagement. Your work includes executing departmental strategies, developing team members, maintaining operations, and supporting administrative functions. You will help create a supported team and welcoming customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service
Execute departmental strategies with the Department Manager
Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members
Lead team huddles and provide meaningful feedback
Maintain merchandising, staffing, cleanliness, inventory, and ordering
Requirements:
Passion for exceptional customer service
Post-secondary business education or equivalent experience
Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience
Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bring customer service, coaching, merchandising, and operational skills to Farm Boy’s Assistant Manager position.
